Goals for 2008

The nice folks over at Daily Blog Tips have written a great blog post about setting your goals for the 2008 year. It is a group writing project and they invite everyone to join in (Before Sunday). I have decided to join in and so here are a few goals that I will hope to meet during this year:

  • Reach 2000 RSS readers
  • Get in the Technorati top2500
  • Get a google pagerank of 5+
  • Get on the frontpage of Digg
  • Rank on Google for Increase Website Traffic
  • Start at least three new internet ventures
  • Network with a lot of new bloggers and entrepreneurs
  • Earn a stable $10,000/m+ from my ventures

One of my biggest goals is that I want to make guest posts on at least 30 other popular blogs this year. I don’t think these goals will be too hard to beat, but we shall see.

    4. Good luck with the goal. Isn’t 1000 readers too little for your blog? I expect you try 10,000.

    Page rank 6+ i rekon.

    For your Increase Website Traffic keyword you should immediately change the alt text of your logo to Increase Website Traffic. Google only take the first link to the same URL as accountable. You should put this keyword to your keyword list and homepage description too.

    Good luck for everything on the list. I will write my wish list too.

    Is this contest random or vote based? Sorry I didn’t read it fully because I don’t really beleive in getting a prize.

    5. Thanks for the kind words. Yeah there is still a bit of SEO and anchor linking I need to do, but there is plenty of time for that. =)

    As for the contest, I believe it is random.
