Link Building with CSS Galleries

Awhile back in one of my miscellaneous link building posts, I mentioned a site that had 30 css galleries. Well, that post is a bit aged now and I actually have a lot more in my submission list now and I thought I would share them with everyone now. These lists come from a collection of multiple sources like forums, google, and emails.

Nearly all of these websites allow you to submit your website to be reviewed (if you have a CSS design), and a few of them publish designs that they think look good on their site. When I submitted CollinLaHay.com to them a few months ago, a lot of people liked my blog’s design and I remember receiving a few (then PR4) dofollow links… so this is a good link building method and well worth your time.

    2. Hey Collin, I guess I’m acronym-impaired– what is “CSS”…that buzzword somehow escaped me. (I do know what “CSI” is…..LOL). And–I’m really surprised you still haven’t reported on the Page Rank Update…..this was a major one because even MY lowly site was blessed by Mr. Cutts with an increase (after being passed over on the last two updates).

    3. CSS is a stylesheet used by many websites (in addition to HTML). You can google “what is CSS” to learn more about it and in detail.

    6. Collin it’s a great idea if we submit our blog to all that css gallery. But the opportunity might be less than 50:50, if our blog design is not great or something that might make the blog admin approve our blog.

    7. So, three days have passed since a MAJOR Google algorithm and PR updating…..and STILL no article? Was it really that bad for everyone else??? Am I the only one who got an increase?

    8. I don’t think it needs an article. When people see a decrease in pagerank they get in pissy moods, and when people see an increase they usually feel overjoyed and stop their link efforts, both of which are unproductive.

    For the record, I have seen increases or the same number for everyone of my sites.

    13. Nice sized list. It is missing a good core CSS gallery and I think you will be able to increase the size of your CSS Gallery list from CSSGallery.com. They accept both CSS designs and CSS galleries and have indexed over 400 CSS Galleries and thousands of CSS designs! Enjoy!
