Quality is key in off-page optimization in foreign markets
Search engine optimization can be divided into two broad categories: on-page optimization and off-page optimization.

Link Building with Jisko
*Updated: I had a typo that said the software was on jisko.com, when it is actually .org. Sorry for the typo and it has since been fixed.
Jisko is an open source blogging platform much like the previously covered tumblr. Jisko.org is the site that offers the script for you to download to your server, and Jisko.net is their public demonstration website.
Jisko.net is a quick PR4 link you can get, but the site is Spanish by default so you may need to use Google Translate to make your job easier. After that, you can do a google query to find a bunch of sites to sort through to find the good ones you can build links from.
